Ottolina Cremoso, formerly Ottolina Maracaibo, is a high quality coffee, is intense but very balanced. Its strong character is surprisingly complex and reminiscent of marzipan and chocolate.
The Arabica beans come from Brazil and the three Robusta varieties from India, Java and Vietnam. Grown at an altitude of 1200 metres, Brazilian Arabica has a pleasant balance of sweetness and fruitiness. The freshness of the beans gives life to the blend and provides a pleasant contrast to the powerful notes of the Robusta beans.
A fantastic and powerful aroma emerges from the grind. In the cup it continues with aromas of dark chocolate and marzipan, a thick cream with tiger stripes, a full body and a long persistence.
Ottolina Cremoso is ideal for preparing a pure espresso or as a base for milk drinks. In cappuccino, a nice caramel note is enhanced. We recommend 16 g of ground coffee for about 40-50 ml of espresso.
