Riserva Silvano is a very special coffee from Corsini. Its blend is the result of the close collaboration between the coffee growers, the professional barista Francesco Sanapo and his friend, the master roaster Michele Anedotti. Together they travelled to the producing countries to personally visit the plantations and get to know them. They tasted and experimented until the perfect blend for them was finally created. This blend is made up of 80% Arabica beans and 20% Robusta beans, as is the Italian tradition. The varieties "Mundo Novo" from Brazil, "Heirloom" from Ethiopia and "Typica" from Peru together form the aromatic part of the Arabica. The Robusta beans come from the highlands of Uganda and provide that spicy kick. Each variety is roasted separately, allowing the best characteristics of each bean to be revealed. In the cup, delicious notes of roasted almonds, hazelnuts and sweet marzipan emerge. The ultimate touch is creamy, with a hint of chocolate caramel. Thanks to the special roast and the Robusta beans it contains, the Riserva does not have much acidity, but plenty of taste. A perfect coffee!

The best results are obtained in an espresso machine (portafilter), but Riserva is also a delight in an automatic machine and in a Moka coffee maker.
